The Sylvania Growlux Lamp is a dual-spectrum lamp which delivers a high output of 90000 lumens. This lamp produces light mostly within the orange/red part of the spectrum which encourages better quality flowering. Where can the Sylvania Grolux HPS Lamp be used?

The Sylvania Growlux Lamphelp to improve plant growth, plants require wavelengths of light between 400nm and 700nm – which is the PAR range. Vegetative growth needs mainly blue wavelengths, whereas for flowering plants mainly use orange and red wavelengths of light. Furthermore, the spectrum within this system has been adjusted to only produce blue and red lights, meaning it is perfect for vegetative growth and flowering.

You’ll need to screw the lamp into a reflector, then make sure that your ballast wattage matches the wattage of your Growlux lamp.
