What is the SunMaster SONT Dual Spectrum Lamp used for?

For example, young plants have different needs to a mature plant, therefore to achieve the full growth potential you must make sure you provide the correct type of light at the correct stages of growth.

Furthermore, this lamp is fitted with the relevant E40 fitting making it compatible for reflectors and ballasts. This lamp delivers improved blue and red light to your plants at the crucial stages of their development. Unlike your normal HPS lamps, this lamp produces light in the correct spectrums for both flowering and vegetative growth stages.

Where can you use the SunMaster SONT Dual Spectrum Lamp?

These lamps are specifically for use within professional indoor grow room environments. They deliver up to 10% more light than standard high-pressure sodium lamps. Therefore providing more energy for photosynthesis. Similarly, they are fully compatible with electronic and digital ballasts with the required E40 fixture to connect them to hydroponic reflectors too. These are predominantly flowering lamps with a small percentage of blue light spectrum. This, therefore, eliminates the need to change lamps during growth cycles as the lamp adds the extra spectrum to the flowering cycle.

How to use the SunMaster SONT Dual Spectrum Lamp 

These lamps are a great option for any grower looking to experiment with different lamps. When fitting this lamp it is highly important that you do not touch the glass of the lamp with your fingers as this can cause breakages. Instead, use a cloth to handle the lamp and screw it into your reflector and ballast fixture.
