Simply hang the unit over the centre of your growing area at an appropriate height. You may want to invest in Jack Chain or Rope Ratchets to hang it. After that, screw in the bulb, ensuring that it grips securely. However, it is important that you match your bulb and ballast wattage together to avoid any breakages.
