The Autopot Systems enable you to manage and maintain the feeding and watering of your plants. This automatic system is extremely easy to use and saves growers plenty of time spent on manually feeding and watering their plants.

What are the Autopot Systems used for?

The Autopot Systems is an incredibly simple to use nutrient distribution system where your plants are fed from a reservoir. The system utilises its fantastic Aquavalve system technology to transfer the nutrient solution through to the pots using gravity. Therefore, this means you’ll not need any external pumps or electrical items.

Furthermore, the kits come with all the equipment needed to start growing, each pot has a 15-litre capacity, which means its perfect for those of you looking to maximise your yields as easily as possible. The Autopot system is a fantastic way to ensure your plants receive the correct amounts of nutrients. The Aquavalves fill the trays up to 20mm, then once the nutrient has been absorbed by all pots the system automatically refills all of the pots.

Where can the Autopot System be used?

This system requires a specific growing medium that is able to absorb liquid easily. This is because the system feeds each pot from the bottom, therefore coco coir is usually the best option. In addition, you may want to add perlite pebbles to this too at a ratio of 1 part growing medium to 1 part perlite. This is important when using heavier potting soils in order to make the medium more nutrient beneficial.

How to use the Autopot System?                                   

The Autopot System instructions vary depending on the number of pots you choose. Start by placing the circular root control disc on the bottom of the tray. The metallic side should face upwards so that roots don’t grow down into the Aquavalve tray. After that, fill the container with your preferred growing medium and place all your plants within the system. As mentioned earlier, we recommend that you use a highly absorbent growing medium. Finally, water each pot from the top in an external area and ensure that they fully drain. We recommend that you leave 7-10 days of top-down hand-watering before you fill the reservoir again.
