What is the AutoPot AirDome Body Only used for?

This is an incredible product for growers wanting to achieve a fantastic and heavily aerated environment for impressive root growth. The extra oxygen this brings helps to increase growth, therefore improving overall plant health. The AirDome is a dome-shaped piece of plastic mesh that incorporates a cross-section of porous tubing aiming it towards your plant’s root zone. Once connected to an air pump (available separately), this mesh acts as a protective barrier to cover the air flow moving through the tubing towards your plant’s roots. As we all know oxygen is an essential element for healthy root development. Therefore increasing the amount of available oxygen will only lead to positive results!

How to use the AutoPot AirDome Body Only                                     

Before you install the AirDome into your system, transfer any substrate into the containers. Start by connecting 4×2 inch pieces or porous tubing to each outlet of the domes cross connector. The end of each piece of porous tubing connects to each of the four points around the inner dome. You can then attach the other end to your pump. Once turned on make sure that the air only travels in one direction.

However, if you are supplying multiple AutoPots with the same air pump it is advisable to keep the airline tubing between the pump and each container at equal lengths. This will ensure that pressure levels are accurate.
