What are the IWS Deep Water Culture Systems used for?

The IWS Deep Water Culture Systems provide an alternative method of growing that leaves your root system in highly-oxygenated nutrient solution.  Therefore, increases your plant’s ability to grow faster ultimately leading to healthier and stronger flowering and fruiting.

This is a multipot system where all the pots individually connect to a control unit which uses 16mm flexible pipe. Furthermore, it integrates the IWS patented sealing glands, professional timer units and magnetic float valves making it a complete system for you to start growing.

The system works by controlling how much nutrient and water is fed by the reservoir to the individual pots. Likewise, it will transfer the ideal level needed for better root growth. The system utilises a single air pump in order to regulate and control the airflow to each separate pot.

Where can the IWS Deep Water Culture Systems be used?

There are numerous benefits of using the IWS Deep Water Culture System, by using this system growers will find it far easier to feed their plants using the timer unit. Likewise, You’ll find that the EC and pH of the nutrient solution you are using can be adjusted with fresh water. However, please keep in mind that we recommend that you drain and fill this complete system at least 3 times a day in order to achieve its full potential.

To use this system simply set it up within your indoor grow room environment using the instructions supplied. It is handy when setting up to sit your system on a floor-secure sheeting within your grow room. Therefore this prevents water damage affecting your room if any accidents happen.

Furthermore, it is important when running your system to not overfill it whilst the bubbler buckets are filled. Therefore, if you do this, the water will drain water back into the reservoir and could overflow the system.
