It is capable of pumping around 30 litres per minute and uses double-flow bars to produce large quantities of air and pressure. Likewise, it also features a durable and waterproof housing, perfect for submerging within your system’s tank.

Furthermore, it comes complete with a 1.5-metre cable and a UK 3 pin plug. This is because the pump adopts a double level noise muffer which allows it to work discretely within your tank. You’ll want to use this alongside an air stone and airline to completely aerate the nutrient and water solution within your hydroponics system.

How to use the Hailea Pump ACO-9810

To use this pump, place your air pump in close proximity to your nutrient reservoir. Ideally, you’ll want to place it on a flat surface, above the water level of the reservoir you are wanting to oxygenate. Then connect your airline to the output nozzle, sliding it firmly over the ridges. If you find it difficult to push the airline over the nozzle, you may want to try softening the tube in warm water.

After that, fit your airstone into the other end of the airline pump, preferably keeping the airline as short as possible. Finally, plug the air pump into a mains outlet socket and switch it on. The pump should now pull in air from the underside of the unit and out through the airstone.
