How to use the Omega 1000w Double Ended Metal Halide Lamp

To use this Metal Halide bulb, you’ll need a professional lighting set up including reflectors and a ballast. To start, you’ll need to fit the end with the small square closest to the ballast and fit the other end so that it fits comfortably on the outer edge of the reflector. Similarly, this lamp is specifically for use with a 1000w/400v ballast and reflector with a special double-ended lamp housing. It’s important you pick the correct ballast otherwise you’ll overpower and damage your lamp.
